You are a man. More specifically , a gentleman. Since the beginning of time , the male individual had always and will continue to be a leader, a strong charecter and the head of the house . As men , dressing well in today's society has become so very important, as men of the modern age , you have took up a multitude of roles and responsibilities . From being a Son, a Father , a friend , an employee to even an entrepreneur. You are constantly transitioning between work life and personal life , sometimes, your work life even eats into your personal life . You are a busy man , to a lot of men , their looks are often the last thing on their mind. But you can be different . Here are three reasons why men should start caring about their looks again .
Reason #1. You represent everyone around you.
Regardless if you own a business , or you are an employee of a company , you represent your surrounding people . Like it or not , people are making judgement out of you and the image you portray . Your image and that of your family , your company , your associates and even your friends are at stake every time you walk out that door . You play a role in upholding your reputation and the reputation of whoever you represent. People will affliliate you and the image you portray to the people you represent .

Reason #2. You are a role model to those around you.
Be it that you are a father , a student , an entrepreneur or even an employee, people need leaders. As a gentlemen , you are brave enough to step up to the challenge , you are going to dress well regardless and tell inspire the people around you to do the same . Just like that , people are driven by your passion and look up to you . You become an inspiration and a role model .
At home , if you are a father, your child(ren) are going to learn alot from you , and by educating them on how to dress better is going to do the child some good in the future. At the office , you are an influencer to those around you , your employee and co-workers are going to be influenced by how you dress . If you are of a leadership position , you would want to look like you are a leader, you would want to portray a strong image and by doing that , you are likely to advance.

This statement is a prime example of how you dress being able to affect your life . Imagine , if a person is always well dressed and well groomed , what is the message he is sending to his co-workers? If the company wishes to send a representative of them to meet and host an important client , would they send someone who is already well dressed enough to meet the client straight away , or would they send somone dressed in an ill fitting dress shirt , old khaki pants that has enough fabric to build a tent and shoes that are scuffed all over ? The answer is quite obvious .
Although the example above is an exaggeration , the way you dress can determine your future and quite literally change your life . The right clothes can make your career while the wrong clothes can hinder your career and your future.
All in all , we as men should always take good care of how we look , in the professional work or outside of work , because style never gets a day off.
